Remove the level requirement to TRADESKILL rebuilt perennium weapons

If a tradeskillproces requires a lvl.
Let the weapon require the same lvl!
Now people have camped beastlair for weeks.
And now there is a lot of dissapointment.

Wow, that's a hell of a lot of work down the toilet because of a stupid hidden level requirement. Remove it FC, let this twink reap the rewards of the work he and others put in.

Bump for this. I would have been a bit upset to say the least. I think they should remove the hidden level req instead of leaving it and making it visible. Noone other than a TL5 would use it these days and the work involved to make it happen is worthy of such a simple change IMO.

bump for this. i know i kinda started this potential fad and it is BS to have an unstated requirement like that.

Also, a MASSIVE lol at a certain clan agent that claimed to have this gun already made and (according to friends) even went so far as to post (what we know now must be) references of one to try and enlarge their epeen.... rofl @ u!

I've been to BIST as a 208ish agent once, as TC even (!!), I didn't get points, nor loot, but still peoples cried their lungs out that I was too low

Even better, make it so the combine of "Perennium Blaster Rebuild Kit" with "Lord of Anger" results in a *NOT NODROP* result, it would eliminate the problem altogether, and no need for a tl5 toon to loot the LoA.
