I don't think FC wanted to make tl5 and below soldiers OPd by giving them a new gun. The SPB has already good enough dmg, and pistols are a better option, if they added the RSPB to tl5s then it would make pistols obsolete

Spending a day doing a quest to get the rebuilt kit, then attending Pande raids for a month plus in the hope of getting a Lord of Anger is not exactly something that alot of people would even think about doing.

So why should the players that want to be penalised for it? Especially since there is no warning, anywhere that says that there is going to be a level lock on the tradeskill process... hell the only reason we know of the level lock, is because someone spent their game time to do it... the final product does not have a level lock, so there was no way anyone would have known about it.

and pistol soldiers are already pointless at TL5 pvp, they can no longer keep up with the Attack Rating of assault rifle soldiers, and with 30% caps, the AS/FA alpha is no longer as good as it use to be.

imo this thread is about 2 things. First and most importantly FC needs to remove a level lock thats hidden. it's not shown anywhere you need to be level 195 to use this weapon or do the quests. secondly RSPB should be useable to those who can equipthem skill wise.

with all the new items/weapons FC should make some of the old weaponsmore attractive so it's not just blue dildo from lvl 20-200+ till you get a shark on.

a lot of old RK stuff is already obsolete because of level locks.

on a side note. have anybody tried building a ql 199 rebuilt perennium? it might be lvl locked because of the superior (ql 200) status.

on a side note. have anybody tried building a ql 199 rebuilt perennium? it might be lvl locked because of the superior (ql 200) status.

got him to give it a try with a 198, and unfortunately the level lock is on the Rebuild Kit and LoA, rather than on the application of the Pblaster.

so please FC remove this level lock, it serves no purpose other than to annoy people

Please remove this level locked tradeskill process.

the rebuilt perennium weapons give an incentive, and challenge to TL5 twinks... especially with the raid interface/instanced raiding... it would allow organisations, and friends a reason to return to some of the older zones which they no longer attend.

there is no logical reason to have the level restriction on this combine, since all the items can be obtained, with no restrictions.
