Org Demote?

Is it possible to demote a player in your organisation without having them targetted using player name?

If not it would be an idea to implement it because removing inactive ranks from an organisation in my experience is a matter of a governing form change to reset all ranks then having to repromote everyone up from applicant.

If it is possible please tell me how then disregard me.

Sadly it requires a reset. You can kick from the org without them even being online but a demotion requires you to physically target the person.

Are there any good reason for that mechanic, or is it just the way it is?

Anyway, it would be very nice if it was possible to pro- or demote someone without having to target them.
