I think a long time ago there was blood. Before my time, 5 pushing 6 years. Problem is it causes all kinds of rating issues. Think it can't even be shown in a game in Germany, something like that. It would make the game more realistic.

Make a option to turn blood on/off where certain IP from certain countries wouldnt have the option (if it is illegal in that country).
