Blood Circle is good for low hp setups trying to squeeze out all the HD that they can.

Don't forget Hacked Blister Pack with Fine Tuning, the +45 ranged init and +18 projectile/energy damage might be useful, although it will overwrite damage buffs..

Blood Circle is good for low hp setups trying to squeeze out all the HD that they can.

Not just low hp setups they can be nice on Enf's with high HD setups to squeeze out a few more points heal delta. only 240 hp a min but over time it adds up.
