I don't recall Dark's "guide" mentioning duels specifically.

You never lost to a fixer in a duel, I've never had a crat survive my gank

Ranged init : max it to have 1sec / 1sec in full def.

1170 is nuff for 1.2/1.2 guns (like hawks and kmps).

PERKS :

Nano Combat is good for direct damage perks and may be going for NR if u low on ip (are u?); Dark Kin also have DD perks (crappier though) but it adds evades, and for pretty nice amount if u have the line maxed. So i wouldn't say one should always go for CNC first.

Well Dreadloch Sniper's Friend didnt existed for hud2 when i wrote that. So with ELLTS with ranged init maxed you wasnt 1/1 in full def. Now with both it's awesome.

mk5+ onehander should be best for you atm. So you can use AS and FA.

Yes, you perks check your AR with the gun in your main. Also, specials fire off from main, and you want hawk to burst instead craphander for sure.
