The argument against this in the past was the old "Omni has better gear, Clan has more people, Neutral is just screwed (wrt to token boards, T3, etc)".

Pande gear + AI armor + Ofab armor + Dreadloch token boards seems to have fixed this to a large extent for Neutrals. Yeah, the 2500 board is still nicer in some cases, but many new toons no longer bother with it anymore on any side.

Point being ... if the goal is to make all people able to twink equally, which would seem to be what LE has been moving towards ...

I bet the price for traffic FC paid for this thread 'bump's and multiply views is already more then salary for one developer for time required changing requirements on Micro-Kinetics.
