lol, the whole idea with a neut is that they don't fight or anything therefore they don't need a token board and they don't take sides so therefore there can't be a T3 version for them....
Neutrals are "FENCE sitters", T3 and token boards are SIDED...so maybe FC should rename neutrals to some other faction and give you boards and T3?
