Used this setup(imps ql300 on agi sense intel)

Does any1 actauly has twinking equip saved?
This one is a little wrong and with it you cant get intel brain in.
I did my calculation: http://auno.org/ao/equip.php?saveid=59679 (2nd ring is plausability ring)
With this equip is possible without "problems" You dont have to have any ability contract. You will end up (if my calculation are right) with +5 agility, +2 intel, +5 sense.
The point is. Is it possible to equip ql300 brain without aim of libra?

Hmmm, I really cant remember specifically, sorry. I remembered having to hunt down a crat for Improved Cut Red Tape in order to obtain sufficient Intelligence, the rest of the basic abilities requirements are fairly equal, although I do have more than 10 in excess treatment (was maxed). The good news is that the twinking was done before ofab, dreadloch and albtraum items. Hence, i would think with those items available, it should made it easier to fulfil the abilities and treatment requirements.

I took more than 2mths just on perk reset alone then, when perk reset was 24hrs... the pain. Many docs at current managed to do that without AI 30 and ofc the shorten of perk reset timing.
