The Borealis petition

Over the last months, since Omni-Tek moved their recruiters, guards and juggenaught into Borealis we have seen a 500% increase in street violence. The reduction of the gas levels combined with diminished guards has brought a new low life to Borealis.

I call on the Borealis council and other governing bodies to do something about this.

If there is a large population who want to fight and watch fights there needs to be a controlled environment for this. It is my belief that the neutral nature combined with proximity of the reclaim and grid has been Borealis's downfall. I therefore suggest a neutral arena in the proposed Newland casino, not on Borry's streets, increased neutral guards and an improved gas level.

Wow does this mean the NDI is finally growing a set? Only now seeing what Exalted, Shadow Atlantians, and Black Sun had been saying from Day 1!! Where has the NDI been during the heat of the battle ... cowering ... We who were fighting the fight and were abandoned by our own "allies" will not forget the past.

Absence of pressence doesn't imply cowering, it simply implies absence of pressence. I suppose if it makes you feel better to think that the rest of the NDI was cowering, that is your perogative. We are not interested in being a mouse that is charging an elephant head on, so more creative solutions are required.

On the other hand, the organizations that you mentioned also have been surprisingly absent from the scenes of the defense front, as OT officers still walk the streets of Borealis and their promises of freedom remain only promises.

Look, it doesn't take an army to fight a war...it only takes one to hold ground and thats something we aren't planning are we? We just want Borealis back and stuff the rest of RK. Has it not been shown throughout our history that even one man, can change governments? The assassination of the Radiman clone, the shooting of Ross, the blowing up of the Omni Juggernaut which fell over and flattened Zora...hmm, ok maybe thats not happened yet. But we don't need an army to kick them in the valuables. And frankly isn't that all we have left?
