How about normal scroll wheel = scroll up the control bar/panels and CTRL + scroll wheel zooms the cam? This would ae everyone happy as the people using laptop gets to zoom, and everyone else gets to use theyr control panels
oh and fix the zoning issues, skill menu lagg, make the skill menu save at minimized (same with map, make it be the way it was whe you last locked it when you open it) and everything else
