Where is the best place to get some of these from?

Trying to make my Doc a Physicians Cap to wear at lvl 15. I think I need low level ones as Cap of Besieger is QL15.

I'm on RK2 before anyone asks/offers spares.

Really low level ones drop from mobs -- especially leets and reets -- in the backyards in Rome Green. I've not tried other backyards, but I'm guessing it's the same.

Abmouth (subway boss) sometimes drops them at around ql30.
I once made a low level CAS set from them for fun.

I'm pretty sure that for this particular process, the notum can be of any QL higher.

Backyard mob QLs would be way to low.

I found some QL3 ones eventually, however they did not work and needed to be QL12 with the Nanobots item (QL15).

A fellow org member had some spare ones as low as 35/36 and they worked a treat on it.

My only concern is that most "levelling items" have a USE requirement in the information as well as the WEAR one. This doesn't, so I only hope it really still is a levelling item!

It levels, don't worry. Watch out for that TL req change to wear though.
