afaik Profiteer's Helper drops from the weed in Hollow island raid.
nice neutral only tradeskill item

As I don't intend to maintain these setups, since they are extremly outdated, and don't include AI stuff, I wont go over them and fix them. You mentioned the psychology one so I remade that setup with the proper VTE.

As the level of the boss varies a little, it's not level 60 only.

Well this thread is outdated but still very useful from time to time. I'd just delete those "bests setups', they're far from best possible.

The thread itself isn't outdated, I keep it updated. But the setups are indeed.

Device +20 ME, +20 NP - drops from dragon in inf (in SL library its Maychwyawi, but i think i got it from one of dragons near path to Razor's Lair)

Apprehensive Spirit Pitcher +15 chem - drops from Pursued Spirit. But focus helpers are much better for tradeskilling, maybe someone use it for +15 chem dmg

- Weapon
Advanced Spirit Tech Toolbox +100 chem, +100 pharma - drops from Estella Fire. Also drops in lower QLs with lower bonuses and reqs

-Shoulder
Libra's Charming Assistant +30 psychology, drops from Libra in Pande

Was on the list already, but with wrong bonuses and location.

So i am fighting lately with reaching q300 psy, and i was wondering - how on earth people made first q300 arith , if they had no arith. It almost chicken or an egg kind of question. (yes i know answer its obvious , but still...

They probably found a crat, or just used lower ql arithmetic, or had a lot of psychology already. Its not impossible to get that much psych without arith, its just hard and takes ridiculous amounts of IP.

I can get 1800 psychology without a single piece of arith. The price will be tons of IP/8 perks in Unknown Factor/wearing Libra's Charming Assistant/getting Psychology buffs from crats

The first is part of the Control Unit Armor which is already in the list. Can you tell where Fashionable Energy Ring drops? I have a ql200 which I believe was chest loot on RK mish, but I am not sure.
