I have to agree that you cannot gauge someones in game knowledge by their level.
BTW i really hate those people who ignore you just because youre a low level, for buffs and misc. help.
Then you log in your main, and they help you with all you ask, just because you're suddenly over 100...They tend to end up in my ignore list pretty quickly, even if they act like they're king of Tir/ OT trade..........
