Question Hunting Grounds for post LVL 150

    Hi there,

I've recently passed LVL 150 - Hooray! no more Skill Cap.

    However....

I was just thinking to myself the other day wouldn't it be nice if there was some more content in the game for high-level characters rather than mission, after mission, after mission, and occasionally helping your buddies out to collect MKII and do those damn Alvin / Dodga and other static quests.

Im an Adventurer, and as such I like to occasionally take a break from all the stress and rushing of missioning and go and do a bit of hunting... but you see... there's the thing !! Where ?

The only thing really left for me to do now is the mighty Tarasque, but at level 150, unless I take some of my lvl 200 buddies along, I'll get panned in PvP and to be honest its bloody boring camping that damn thing.

I've managed to find a few places to hunt. Mort... quite a few green Mantis and Demons, wow! greens... Then there are red Ace's at the Ace Camp in SFH... put that is PvP and as such I dont feel ub3r enough to go and fight there yet... then there are the Cyborgs in Mort... but damn they are still too hard... and... er.. that's about it...

Someone out there is bound to correct me... but couldn't we have a few more hunting grounds aimed at the higher levels... and NOT in PvP zones...

It seems there is a lack of content for higher-level characters. Mostly I enjoy my time now socialising with a regular group of peeps at my level, and we occasionally team mission, then go and help some buddies out collecting MKII, but that's about it ?

Could we please have something more to do ?

I'd be interested in hearing other people's views on this, so if you peeps wanna post, please do and give some idea of what you'd like to be added.

I mean obviously these monsters would have to be situated in far away places so as to avoid low levellers accidentally stumbling into them, that shouldn't be a problem as by this time most of us have Yalm's anyway and / or amazing run speeds, and I wouldn't mind the travelling because it would mean I'd get to see new parts of Rubi-Ka.

I recently enjoyed a trip to Endless Wastes with a few buddies hunting Mantis and Demons there in the hope of finding some Soul Fragments. HEY! and thats the other thing !!! Please could you increase the QL190 + Soul Fragment drop :-)

There are a number of areas in SAV and Belial forest where you can level, and in 75% gas to boot. Fly around a bit, you'll find something. At level 150+ I would suggest Southeastern SAV and most of Belial forest, the rest of SAV is more level 100-120ish.

uh, at level 109, I hunt in the PvP areas you just mentioned you're afraid of venturing into, and you're 40+ levels higher than I.

If you're looking for something to make the game less boring, try taking your head out of your Yalm and take a bloody risk for once....

I don't go looking for PvP but i'm not going to let ganking wankers prohibit me from travelling and hunting wherever the hell I want.

At lvl 150 you have in all likelyood all ql200 gear/imps so what's the deal with worrying about being "uber"? Geez, I'm a 109 fixer and I don't even have GA but i'm no chicken****

I didn't mean to put you down, but the skills cap for title 5 is at 162. After you reach 190 which is title 6 there will be no cap.

Dark blue skills cap around level 197 and green ones cap around 199. You can raise no maxed skills at level 200.

Darn wish you were in RK1 cause it would give me something to do when bored - go gank your 25% zone arse!

    Talking lol

That's exactly what I was thinking.. perhaps because there is hardly anyone on RK2 there are less bored people that spend their time flying between the various used 25% zones..

    *sigh

Oh! well this post has turned into a bunch of self-righteous peeps who wanna out gun each other's arse.

Yes! I can do PvP, but I dont play the game for that. Yes! I do hunt in 25% zones and if I have to, defend myself, but I don't play the game for that. Yes! when I stated I dont feel "ub3r" enough I was reffering to Tarasque, not those other pathetic 25% zones.

All this post was for, was for some suggestion for higher-level content to make this game a little less boring for the over 150's. Which I believe is something now being addressed in the latest patch.

If you don't have anything constructive to post to this thread, move your sorry "Im better than you" arse over to the nearest PvP zone and go *uck around doing something else, and leave the people who have real suggestions to make, make it.

And Specialone RE: your post I hunt in 25 % zones. Yeah! on Rubi-2... Read that last bit again... Rubi-2, in all likely hood the probability of you meeting a "ganking wanker" as you so eloquantly put it... is far less than on Rubi-1
