Well it's op for duels/1 on 1, but docs were already pretty op there from before. For mass pvp it's fine...

Imo DoTs beat it hands down in most team situations - too busy healing/UBTing to worry much about MP. I have enough to cast as it is and mainly use it against other docs for the extra init debuff on top of UBT - sorry guys

Whaddayamean about DoTs/MP and teams? Teams = Watching TV and hitting team heal every 15th second.
