OTPC: Without provocation, clan terrorists invaded the Omni held outpost 2HO. Omni AF troops were on routine patrol of the area, when the rebels stormed the outpost shooting at anything that moved.

Unicorn specialists were called in as backup, for the soon outnumbered AF patrol, as the combined forces fought valiantly to contain the terrorists and hold the outpost. Various barbaric shouts were heard as the clansmen yelled out "Omni must die!"

This obviously planned attack was lead by Silverstone's Sentinels and the attack only confirms Omni-Tek's distrust of this legacy clan. There were over 100 clans and Omni forces at this invasion that could only be described as an act of war. No permanent casualties were reported, but several Omni Employees were wounded in the attacks

The ability of the Sentinels to insight a riot of this caliber will most likely force Omni-Tek to take a stronger look at the movements of the major clans, and the people that follow them. Many clans have repeatedly stated that they want peace with Omni-Tek. This unprovoked attack may show their true intentions

The smell of the Battle must have shown a vulnerability in the area, for soon after the battle began, Alien forces began invading, only adding to the chaos in 2Holes. Additional troops were dispatched to the area, and 2HO was once again reclaimed as an Omni outpost.

Further investigations and arrests are sure to follow

this does indeed show clans true intentions...
they are not so different from us, all clans want is power, they've become tainted by the corporation they've tried so hard, and sunk to the lowest means to destory.

and your, "fight for feedom" rhetoric is used to try and justify this kind of thing... it is Omni-Tek that is fighting from the clan menace for peace, not the other way around.

This is more evidence of the clans unified agenda than anyone could ever dream of seeing at this time.
Gotta hand it to Simon Silverstone. The man never tries to hide what he wants. And what he wants is the death of any Omni Tek affiliated man, woman ,or child on this planet.
I am not so shocked that so many clans join him on this as it would ensure wealth for them beyond anything ever experienced by a civilian in history.
I have heard confirmations that there were indeed a few clan individuals who tried theyre utmost to prevent this attack. I must say I find it somewhat reckless to be a single clanner and stand against a mob like that. Silverstone have not, will not listen to reason for as long as he is breathing.

I wouldnt have believed it one week ago that it was gonna be the clans who attacked us in this time when we need to stand together against the alien threat.

This attack only confirms what we have known all along......The clanners wish to escalate this war beyond what it currenly is....somthing we wished to prevent...this is not a good thing..an open assault on omni cannot go unanswerd.

Up untill this day it has been petty fight's over feilds for notum rights,this attack repersent's much more then that.

We have tried diplomacy and been answered with bloodshed EVERY time.
There was no excuse for this attack....it was pure senceless violence aginst omnitek employee's,there was no goal but to kill,maim and destroy,they took no territory,they took no hostages..they acheved NOTHING but to kill and harm our family.......

An attack like this could not come at a worse time and invites reprisals regrettable as they may be. Remember your side fired the first shots in this particular chapter of the war before you vilify us for what may come.

Council of Truth eh? Its really no big secret that Silverstone will fill theyre ears with what they want to hear and then do exactly as he wants.
Im not implying anything here but its also a known fact that Silverstone hinted that something big was gonna happen a month or two prior to the assasination attempt on Mr.Ross and then went underground not to make any sort of formal appearance until after the attack.
Silverstone wont give a damn about anything the CoT advices him to do. How many times must he prove that by actions and by insults through the official media. He is a madman and he is gaining support amongst the bloodthirsty clans.
He is the essence of greed.

People were so winded up about the acting CEO steeming from the Unicorns that they forgot to look to theyre own....again.

Maybe its time we shall see whether the majority of the clans support Simon, the agressive, power-hungry, killingmachine, Silverstone or the Council Of Truth with its history of advicing the clans towards the peaceful solutions.
I know Im not the only one polishing my weapons while waiting for the answer.

Please dont take this as a verbal attack clansmen, I am merely stating my disapointment with Silverstone.... and those who followed him.
Ignorance of the situation would be a main reason for those who did.
The rest of you I can only imagine how shameful it must be to stand in the same camp....

Naefen make up your mind. I know OT welcomes employees that are easily influenced, but still. This war will end sometime, one way or another. Either by one side totally blasting other away or by peace negotiation. No matter how, supporters of sollution which didn't happen will pay the price. You can't support both sollutions. That's like claiming neutrals are side in hostilities. And you don't strike me as neutral.

The list is actually much longer, but those are the main ones. How much are we supposed to take before things like this escalate OUR unified involvement in the war? You can't argue the facts. The Clans have had no major involvement other than Notum Wars in...i'd go as far as to say...years. ((if i'm wrong, i'm sure someone will point it out. ))

Just last week, the NLF staged a sit in at the CoT rally...not so bad but later on, another NLF member kept messaging me with threats about blowing up the CoT building and saying "Dust to Dust"...

We are certainly in changing times, everyone. ...and no matter whom fired the first shot, it was headed there no matter what you personally wanted anyway.

Clans(i have been at trade grid daily to see clanner's harrassing the guards and shooting omni employee's)
Dust brigade(yeah)
Aliens(...again yeah)
WE are also under assault in the shadowlands too.....your not so Speacial...we have the same reason's you do...how we chose to act on those reasons is what sets up apart.....

Whats the differnce?...we haven't organized a full scale assault..YOU have.

I don't think the clanner's can make the same claim as your assault happened days ago..Do you think Omni doesn't have the resources to launch i full scale assault like the clans did?..we do..the differnce is we DECIDED not to launch an assault..apperntly the clanner's DECIDED to be the aggessor.

There was free choice involved...we chose peace..clanner's chose war..simple as that.

Simon Silverstone chose war. He does what he wants regardless what anyone in the clans say. I am sure that the majority of the clans and the CoT do not want war. I vehemently oppose the Sentinels current action.

My advice... don't do anything con****uous. I really don't think we want to piss this guy off. As much as I'd like a final show-down, I don't want to be on this guy's ****-list. I know I'm not the most obvious supporter of subtlty, but I think we'd all be well advised to keep under this guy's radar.

The above quote from Commander Silverstone is just over a week old, made in fron to the Council of Truth.

I would have to say Sivlerstone has a strange notion of what it take to "keep under this guy's radar", waht is "con****uous" and not "piss this guy off" or maybe he just suffers from multiple personality disorder.

I take exception to that. There is absolutely no evidence that the Clan want democracy. They had centuries to get their acts togther, but even now the CoT is not a democratic institution. It's just a collection of (often unelected) leaders from various Clans making deals.

One 'Clanner' one vote is deomcracy. One 'Clan' one vote is just an alliance.

The legacy clans stand to show each of our varied ideals. Clan attacks, Omni attacks, hell even neutral attacks in force happens on a very regular basis. Some of my own org mates were taking care of Omni running in west athen brutally killing the town guards and monopolizing a lack of security to molest and kill any hapless clan citizen. Choose peace, right. You say this is new? Uncalled for? The omni that speak here on this as a 'new development' are just puppies in need of a good muzzle. I don't support a bloodbath instigated by people I know but I do support what all clans fight for. This isn't new, this is just media coverage. Deal with it, omni. Silverstone did what many others, both clan and omni, have done in turn. This war began so long ago and has never ended.

If anything I'd like to know from this event first hand any changes Zora might have brought about in the unicorns already, based on their response. It's a good chance to learn about the new CEO.
