Well I played AO since for about a 11 months and finally i am quitting for good. Why some may ask, well to be quit honest & frank the CUSTOMER SERVICE straight up sucks. In those 11 months i played i had funcom screw my character out of so much **** due to there servers crashing or bugs in the damn game. I finally got tired of complaining because i always got the same response from who ever helped me oh here is what it pretty much was.......You are sol and you can kiss our ass, we screw you the whole time you play & you learn to like it...........yeah its true that sums up every conversation i had with anyone from the customer service department. I am just writing to say good bye to AO & funcom i hope SWG (star wars galaxies) puts your asses to shame and yall close shop. Another unsatisfied customer who you lost. later
