Blood-Soaked pre-200

Is there any way to equip the blood-soaked cloak _without_ perk resetting? I know it's fairly easy by dumping lots into perks, but I'd rather not do that. Anyone done it ?

190/200 (ish) Essence Brain/Chest/Waist, Zig Zag Pistols, ES, Scrounger, Comp Attri, full set of 200 Kirch Kevlar, Human Skin Hood.

Got mine on at 164 or so, with the items listed above. (Opifex)

yeah T1 is saw right through it... and i am far away w/ camera... a triangle and when i fight i have half a cloak go through me.. and crap

it's wearable at 149 as a solitus if you have all the right gear & perks,

personally i was lazy and put mine on at 159

(breed capped there)

not worth investing perks considering how easy/fast it is to lvl at that stage nowadays imo.

Btw it should be OEd like hell on theses levels. At least mine was OE till my firsts shadowlevels.

yep, mine was too a long time because of the sense. but anyhow, i don't really wear it anymore since i don't solo on my shade. rbp for teh win.

By the way our levels we can easily hotswap cloak back for the tanking situations. I don't have a RBP, but I think I'd still keep using my cloak in much teams, as the enforcers making point you not to take aggro are very few (but there are some I still only can take aggro flickers off, cases which would make RBP worth it).

The only place where u can use a RBP is at Beast , where the extra evades don't matter that much and maybe during the unperkable generals where u won't get agro . RBP sucks everywhere else, and the most in PvP .

The only problem with it being OE is the lost of AC but of course we all know that we dont use it for its AC's but for the uber evades it has.

I recomend that you put it on after doing the Pen garden key quest since it will be a pain if you have to take it off to put the scuba gear to reach Pen :P
