Hello... I don't know how many have noticed this one, but there is a prison guard holding his breath under the bridge near the Mongol Meat- stand in RK2.
He has been there for several days now.. I just think that whenever this man resurfaces, we should reward him in some way. 2 minutes I can understand, but 3 days.. Wow!
