new Rimor Roleplay channel

hoi there,
it seems for me like rp get less and less on rimor therefor
I set up a small bot, so we have a roleplay channel on rimor again.

(the name can still be changed if a large groupe can agree on one)
rules: 100% in character (better even 110% ).
ooc should be marked with (( )).

for the sake of RP, use it.
I would like to see more rp on rimor, and I hope that channel will help with that.

Don't be shy to say hi folks. I think though we do need to come up with some sort of reasonable explaination of just what this RP channel is to the characters. I played it off as finding the frequencey written on a bathroom wall in Borealis. :P

as it is supposed to be a rogue grid node.
so it was more like a node address / name / id / whatever
