Soo, how does one go about making a DD NT?

Right now I am lvl 217/23, trying my best to land detonation matrix, using 217 SL nano, and AI21 dot... when fighting defensievly i use jobe double. Somehow my DD is nowhere near 400k dpm I saw on the best NT so far. (that damage per minute was done on 12man)

My damage is around 130-150k, depending on many things, especialy if i'm soloing or just dding. How can one get NT's damage to epic hights?

Direct Nano Damage Efficiency sits at +41%, any other stats I should focus on to get good NT DD?

More %nano damage where you can fit (think max is 52%), radiation damage (all nukes at 220 do rad. damage) and nano init obviously.

How do you use jobe double for defensive fighting when it disables NS/NSII for 30 minutes? Anyway reflect piercing nukes have very few uses in pvm and aren't as good as iu/dm dd-wise.
