Been trying to farm some and highest QL I've seen from a 220 mission is 224, so anyone had 240+ since this update?
havent tried since the patch, but pulling an easy mish with a 220 teaming with a 182 yields qL 220ish types. If I pull a medium, I get 245ish types.

I have been doing alot of 220 LE missions. Highest drop i had in easy mish was 220ish, but medium gives 240+ every time.

Saw this earlier and yeah that explains it then, I was rolling easies as I've not farmed them in months and forgot to roll mediums.
Annoyance factor in mediums with Psy Mod, had a run of Nano void bosses then had 2 Psy mods then gave up after that, easier to farm credits and buy them
Use a lvl220 to roll a medium or hard mission.
I always get ql243-249 types.
I got over 2k VP from LE mish since last patch (no kidding), so pretty sure it's confirmed it still drop.
