Where do I get AOREPAIR.exe?

I jusyt installed AO and have been playing with no problems for 5 days...all of the sudden overnight I've developed a problem...It won't let me get past the "Anarchy is loading" screen.. My whole computer locks up and i have to shut it off by hand. I have a brand new computer and all my other games games work with it i have a t3 connection. I just don't get it.....maybe it's a sign because this game could become pretty addicting ....
ANYWAY, I was wondering where i can find this AOREPAIR program i rewad about in the other threads...
If anyone could tell me I would greatly appreciate it.
