    Lightbulb new command: /whois

    Well, title says it all, i guess.
    A chat command, /whois, to give fast info about a character, per text view. Kinda hard to do a click on a person if he aint there, and sometimes to much fuzz to log into the webbie to check up a person

    how about a /last *person* to find out when the last time they were logged on. Helps if you wonder if you missed a person, or if they have even been on lately.
