Slowmotion on all newer alts.

Since recently i've gotten problems with "slowmotion" effects on newer alts funny thing is it only happens and indoor.

What i mean by slow motion , everything goes slow everything around me including myself, even the bar when logging out goes slow.

I do not have this problem on older alts/main that are on the same account and use the same client.

Anyone got any clue what causes it?

Hello,
There are two sets of settings in your game. One that you can access at the client and the other in settings by pressing F10 in game. Your two accounts may have different settings.
