    Q199 vs Q200 Implants

Just noticed when i played with nanonanny that a QL199 implant gives just as much as a Q200 but requires less treatment to wear. Can anyone just confirm if this is true or is nanonanny trying to make me blitz a set of worthless ql199 imlpants ?

There's not difference in the bonuses weither if it's 199 or 200. Actually, as long as it's 195+ it gives the same benefits as the ql 200. So I believe it's also the same reqs for a 195 as for a 200.

Thanks for "fixing" DM, Funcom, yeah, no really... thank you so, so much. I was missing having my toolset put back to 2007.

Nanonanny is correct. q199 and q200 implants have the same bonuses, but the q199 implant will have slightly lower requirements. Angelus is wrong tho, a q198 implant will give slightly lower bonuses.

Thx for the replies, guess I'll stop with my MA at 111 to go get some implants then... hope I get Q199 missions

The implants will change to ql200 when you put in clusters if they are 199 from the start.

You can max have 50 NP higher than the req to not higher the ql of implant

That's only because of the rounding. Lets take that the skill increase is 105, now a QL 199 should give 104.4475, but it gets rounded to 105. If you have a QL 198 it will give 103.95 that gets rounded to 104.

Now if you take a shining max life implant that gives +405 HP at QL 200...a QL 199 will give 402.975 HP, which gets rounded to 403 HP. So the answer is yes and no, depending on what the implant contains.

hmm, this was a bit complicated... I think I'll just have to be pleased with Q200 implants then, but I'll get my Q199 NCUs atleast
