The changes in last patches are fixed

- The nanoresist skill at last is corrected
- Ability dependencies of ranged energy skill is changed
- Attack speed nanoclusters are removed

Also status line for skills now is more useful, i think

You should add to these notes that under Win95 this program will do absolutely nothing (and provide a link to 13.9 version which runs OK under Win95).

Attack speed nanoclusters and related implants was in database and emulator before 14.2.2, but not in shops. I'm not sure whether it was a rare item or fake.
