QL 400 Targeting Scope - Vision Enhancer is it dropable somewhere in the game or just present in DataBases

Only in DB, so far atleast. Since it's chest/mission loot only you're able to get it as high as 275 with a fixer that boosts the QL.

isn't that the 'other' ql250 ve? there are 2 ql250 types 1 with 650ish perception and the other with almost double

The one with Double req buffs more aimedshot skill, it adds 315 actually.

Doesn't drop anymore tho, was a bug happening to old scopes a while back, but is quite an uber scope for agents.

I use that old ql 250 Ve, w/ the bugged requirements, it's nice, but the ql 270 is the way to go.

Basically, you get a fixer to pull a ql 250 mission, you go through and calm the mobs, while picking the chests. The ql 270 adds alittle more AS and one more to crit, and I think it's only -4 to all intiatives more than the bugged ql 250 scope.

a fixer needs to pull a ql 250 miss where the reward is a VE?

i dont understand how it is done to get a ql 270 VE with a ql 250 miss...

the reward doesn't matter. fixers get a percentage bonus on chestloot ql based on their breaking and entering

You can open the chests, just make sure you have around 500ish B & E to do so. Fixers get an 8% increase in loot percentage, it's just a thing fixers have, so if they pull at ql 250 mission, they'll have ql 270 loot...As far as I know, the VE's DO NOT come up as mission rewards, but are found in chests, boxes, etc in those missions. So like I was saying, you need to calm your way through, and if you can't, bother a pretty high level crat to escort you through, after you've gotten the fixer to pull the mission.

If it is based on the Fixer's B&E skill, how high of a QL VE do you think a level 220 Fixer would be able to find? Would QL 300+ be possible?

I'm not 100% certain, but I've heard the higher the B&E skill, the greater chance that more ql 270 loot will be found w/ in that mission....as opposed to higher ql than 270 having a chance to drop. Again, dunno for sure, but that's what I heard.

I can roll 250 VEs like god, and ql200 ncu also. its easy

record is 7 250VEs in one hour, and like 3x as many 200ncus

but I make money better different ways then blitzing anymore so dont ask lol
just letting you all know its easy if you doing it right. the longer the search string for an item in crapsaver the more chance it tends to skip it, try searching for "Targeting Scope" only ^^

and yes: 270VE is chest loot only in 250mish, and my 1600 bne helps greatly :P

the % increase in chest loot ql does scale with b&e the fixer i had roll missions to get my 272 ve had about 1400ish b&e resulting in approx a 9% increase

as for finding one took me something like 6-10 team missions to finally get one (team ones tend to have more chests and less empty chests it seemed to me)

OK so does anybody have a 270+ VE they are willing to sell.I want one but i dont feel like dying 67 times looting chests in QL250 missions.

Limit to fixer loot increase is 15%, but even people who have managed to get 1500+ B&E have not managed to roll anything higher than +10%.

you can solo those missions easy. However mimi crat and calm your way through, it's a breeze, really.

It would drop in both, but you would have to be a fixer in order to get a 270 version in a single/solo mission since they are the only ones who get a ql bonus on their loot.
