If so why cant I? I have about 6 or 7 of then, and no 2 will let me duel-wield them.
Are they bugged? Or were they made so only one could be used, with an offhand weapon.

Might want to look at the multi-wield req on those. It's what one might be inclined to call: "outrageous."
Until Advents get a multi-buff, I don't think you'll be dual-wielding these. SOL and rider would seem the best you can do right now.
Some have LARGE multi-melee reqs (over 1200 at ql 200). Some have very small ones (about 800 at ql 200).
