    Account not paid

    Sorry if this has been posted a billion times, but I just got back to the game this weekend after alot of time away. My account says Not Paid and is frozen...I entered a new credit card in and tried to resubscribe hoping it would work and it didn't. Talked to an ARK member last night, and was basically told to do what I had already done. My question is how do I fix this so I can get my main character back? I don't like playing my brothers level 39 fixer

    They should be able to fix it.
