The list has been submitted and the bugs reported, any new bugs will be listed with New infront of them.
Current Doctor specific bugs
- HOT's, Self-heal perk and Team heals are not affected by the heal-effciency perkline
The description of our HOT's suggests that the healing modifier applies to these as well yet in reality it does not. Team heal descriptions also don't reflect Specialist Healer mods. Furthermore "Enhanced Heal" from the perkline "Nano Surgeon" is not increased by the heal modifier, while "Team Heal" from the same perk-line is.
- AOE heals blackhole
When using the AOE healperk (Battle Group Heal 1-4) without targetting yourself or a team-member your perk will be used up but no healing effect will take place. BGH-4 is even worse seeing it -only- works if you target yourself. However while they do not heal the people around you when they "blackhole", they do heal the doctor casting them still.
- Teachings of the immortal one sometimes locks up
The book from InnerSanctum sometimes locks up when you try to use it, which results in locking up everything (items, perks) until the book finally executes, which is randomly after the lockup.
- The Doc Grails have no mesh
The Grail is suffering from a lack of a mesh. As a result it shows as a "Box of doom" when equipped ingame.
- Teamheals go down in healoutput
This is an reported and answered bug and a fix is supposedly incomming, but they are still unchanged as of yet. The original bug: The last few (4) teamheals have nearly the same heal-output but go up in both nano-cost and recharge-time. Resulting the supposedly better teamheals turn out to be worse the higher you go.
- TeamHP buff's heal first, then buff and where did it's animation go?
--> The heal is removed (verifying), but animations still aren't there
When buffing a TeamHP the whole team gets healed by the buff and -after- that the extra hp is added up. Resulting that an extra teamheal is needed to heal up the damage. This could be prevented by switching the order -> Buff first, Heal after. Also at one point our TeamHP buffs got stripped of their casting animation, something which is missed.
- Viral Combination
This is a rather complicated problem - When you perk viral combination, but during the execution time of the perk one of the (crucial) dots expire, 0 damage gets done on the target, but the perk says it executed successfully and locks the perk.
However the check for the dots is done when the perk is "clicked". That's why we believe the perk should then do what it has promised, delivering the damage, or the perk execution time should be made truly instant so we wouldn't have this issiue at all
- Atrox doc: Tier 3 helmet & backitem
Sadly the tier 3 helm and backitem makes us look like a spaceman, however it looks even more rediculous on an Atrox doctor. It'd be nice if this visual bug could be adressed, atrox doc's have it hard enough already
- New Wrong level requirement on 2 dots

That nano crystal is ql207 and reqs lvl 203, with very high requirements resulting its almost uncastable at level 203.

That crystal is ql203 and reqs lvl 207 with requirements which can be cast the moment the dot becomes avaidable at level 207.
We suspect the level requirement on these 2 nanos might have accidently been switched.
- New Gilthar's Ring item ID overwritten by new item
Gilthar's Ring, which used to be the Omni counterpart to Dalja's Ring, seems to have had its item ID stolen by a new AI item, Glowing Biotech Rod Ring. The Glowing Biotech Rod Ring's highQL itemID is a new item ID, but its lowQL itemID is what Gilthar's Ring used to be. As a result, everyone who previously had a Gilthar's Ring now has a Glowing Biotech Rod Ring in their inventory. Its possible Gilthar is now dropping Glowing Biotech Rod Rings too (which shouldn't be happening). "Gilthar's Ring" is also no longer in the database because of this mix-up. Since Gilthar's Ring had a Doctor profession tag on it, it's listed on our bug list.
- New Nano Feast perk special icon doesn't gray out
Upon execution, the Nano Feast perk special icon does not gray out, making it difficult to tell when the perk is available for use again.
- New Close Call perk special broken at perk level 6
The Close Call perk special is bugged with only Embrace 6 trained and does not execute. Once you train Embrace to level 7, the perk special will execute as it should.
- New Cellular Recuperation temp HP refresh bug
The TempHP buff attached to the heal "Cellular Recuperation" is missing the CannotRefresh tag in the database, allowing the TempHP buff to be refreshed every time the heal is cast (instead of being unrefreshable for its 12 second duration). This could potentially give CR the ability to out-heal the heal above it. All other SL heal TempHP buffs have the CannotRefresh flag, so this looks like an oversight. It didn't used to be like this, and according to the DB records it lost the flag in 15.5.5.
