question about fgrid quest

Ok, i haven't started yet,but when i do, how in the hell do you do when you are to get into omni ent? i can't do that with crat without getting pounded on, and he is level 215, kinda need to get the nano, but this feels stupid if there isn't a way to do it without getting shot for one gazillion by 20 guards at once
