Hehe. You should be able to reclaim it from any neutral reclaim terminal. The message says something like that your items will be available at a reclaim terminal by the save station, but I almost always reclaim my stuff at another station on my way back from a mission or whatever.
i wish it were that easy. they're all empty !
Here is what I think will happen.
(firstly I would NEVER leave my stuff in a reclaim terminal before patch. I dont trust funcom with my stuff)
you will petition.
they will reply.
they will tell you that they will look into it but it is funcoms policy to not reimburse.
you lose your stuff.
