Hope you all have a boat, from the news it's sounding like half of Australia is underwater. Say hi to Atlantis for me?

Not really a laughing matter. While it seems only fifteen people have been confirmed dead so far, I'd say this is largely because it's hard to tell what's going on in a disaster area.

Here is some dramatic footage of cars being washed away in Toowoomba, a city of around 130k people near Brisbane, Queensland's capital city. Thousands of people have been evacuated from affected areas.

I live in Victoria and it is sad to see that this year tragedy has hit Queensland. Last year we dealt with bush fires and this year Qld is facing human and financial crisis as the result.
My thoughts are out to those who are still looking for their loved ones and to those who have lost everything they own
