Is it possible for FC to transfer a character from Rubi-Ka 1 to Rubi-Ka 2 or vise versa?

Yes it is, but there is still some manual work that needs to be done on their side and they are not implementing it just yet.

Also, I think they are figuring out the duplicate naming convention still...
