I'm writing this to prove that Cellular Recup is a better heal nano then assauge pain. I'm not sure if its better then touch, but ill calculate that in this thread.
Ok, the nanos are:
Touch of Kindness - Heals the target of 1700-2300
Assauge Pain - Heals the target of 1133-1533
Cellular Recuperation - Heals the target of 952-1288
Ok, im going to heal my target who is constantly damaged. Like an enf at a raid or tanking a heckler. So im not calculating overlapping damage. Meaning wasted heals.
Im going to say that we cap our nano casting speed.
Touch of Kindness - 500.00
Assauge Pain - 333.25
Cellular Recuperation - 266.67
Ok, so heres the trick. Each SL heal has a temp hp buff, that gives hp and then heals the hp it has given. All these temp hp buff have a "Cannot be refreshed" tag, meaning if you cast BI on someone who already have the temp hp buff from BI (lasts 12 sec) he will not get it again. However, Cr does not have this flag. Meaning that if we heal for 60 seconds we are going to heal:
CR:
11 * 1120 + (11*1200) = 12320 + 13000 = 25520 heal total on 60 seconds.
AP:
12 * 1133 + (5*1300) = 13596 + 6500 = 20096 heal total on 60 seconds.
TK:
12 * 2000 + (5 * 1400) = 24000 + 7000 = 31000 heal total on 60 seconds.
Conclusion:
Stick to cellular recuperation, even at level 201.
