whats up with the target min/max lvl on this?
Could it mean that nanos will only work on mobs between
the lvl range? (I can't really belive that is how, because
it seems like utter BS)

Also I noticed that the SL version of 'void intertia'
debuffs runspeed.

Charles some small corrections here:

The Slave nanos require specialization one to be completed, while the higher versions need 2.

Yup the slave nanos are total junk! Thanks FC for providing us with some more useless nanos! Im lvl 138 and the highest slave nano that i could use can only be used on a lvl 87 mob :/ talk about some MAJOR bs!

The target max/minimum levels assure the nano is useless in all but a very few cases. This is what makes our powers so fun and effective.

I went back and re-looked at the nanos and noticed that there is a major level bug with the Gallant Slave nanos. The crystals have a level requirement that is lower than what is needed to cast. This means you can upload the nano but can't cast it for another 10-30 levels because while you meet the requirements for upload, you don't meet the casting requirements.

The nano's upload levels should be the correct level as it is pointless to buff a charmed mob up to level 170 or below mob to level 212 when you yourself is level 214. Gallant Slave: The Vengeful Toiler

the separate requirements do need to be looked at though.
