Coordinentes question

Could someone give me a quick explanation of how the coordinetes system in this game?

IE: Which number refers to which compass direction?

First number is West-East, higher the number the more east.

Second is North-South, higher the number the more north it is.

Easy way to do stuff is have a dry erase board or grid matrix in front of you. Start with 0 and put 4000 along it. Plot your position and your desired postion on the coordinate plane. Then you can easily get your bearings.

Of course, if you cant figure out the system then your prolly under what i just wrote.
