I've just reached 1120 Psychology without Org Contracts, Towers and using a low QL Tutoring (120ish skill req).

Managed to build:
QL 213 Right-Arm Implant: Shotgun, Refined Shiny Jobe

Next goal..1200ish Psychology =D

Actually, havent tried to play around with CL much, I got my QL250 towers placed easily..hmm gonna go scout for CL gear and see what I can reach in CL

I have managed 1112 myself without towers/univadv/Tutoring, so 1200+ should be possible. (Haven't even maxed Psycho)
