Just for building new ones. The only upgrades for existing yalms are paint jobs.
I'm not entirely 100% sure on that Phallisto. Obviously there were more vehicles intended because some of the parts in the store don't get used to make the Stiletto (I think). They are however much too expensive to warrant experimenting with.

Well that's pretty silly, not being to upgrade I mean, considering the cost of even a low end Yalmaha (I know I just got one for Brak and man did it hurt the hip pocket) upgrading would be a nightmare. But yeah I'm not willing to spend 10m on a part to test the idea :/
