on level 10 twink, what proffession should i be, was thinking doctor, would there be a better option

Are you basing your twink purely on that weapon? Soldier is obviously better suited to use that weapon.

Probably... maybe trader, just to drain your targets to hell... other weapons more suited for that level pvp twink, though.

well tis weap has killer alpha, higher than any of the standard icebreaker or pumpmaster or barret
