Agency seeks further cooperation...

As it seems, the fugitive Alexander Western, accused of High treason against the mighty Omni-Tek, has been missing for over a month, leaving vague traces of his presence, but leaving organizations like The Agency, Omni-Pol, and Intern-Ops unable to find him.

In light of recent events, another group has been added to this "posse", the Devil's Advocates. Apparently, Lehx's old ties with DA were broken by an unknown action on his part, and now they search for him as well. An Advocate declared that they do not plan on cooperating with Agency or Omni-Pol officials, having their own agenda to deal with him. We at the Agency are still not aware of the precise events that led to this change of heart from such a crucial organization, and do not support groups acting as Vigilantes, and the Agency will do all within its grasp to make sure Western is caught alive and well. The trial against him will begin as soon as he is found and captured, and any measures taken against this plan will result in a sure clash of powers.

In light of this, the Agency urges for help from any lawful organization able to give it a hand in this investigation, offering the possibility of some kind of pardon to an unlawful organization that aids it.
As several groups and organizations, lawful and unlawful search for this fugitive, each for their own purpose, the question arises:
"Is there an ulterior issue above just a traitor and a piece of information?".....
