Ye, I OD'ed most 220's on my fixer from 207+, OD'ing someone doesn't really say much about what damage a profession usually has or can get. Kind of like when Threezely made a post about ODing a soldier with dshark on fixer.
So.. any word on BR ,or do we just cancel and check in later, would be nice with a comment right about now?

I don't know the ETA on the big balancing act patch. But whether you know what the future of BR is today, or two weeks from now, that won't make when the change happens come any quicker.
from what i read on the enfo formus absorbs will be reworked in one of 2 ways, most likely
50% cap will be calced befoer you hit, meaning FA would effectivly have a 7.5k cap
BC scaling to hp, so the only people who would get a noticable boost from this would be enfos
maaaaaaaaaaybe layer stacking, people would get 1-1.3k more absorbs on there BC
would make other profs last a bit longer, but not to the degree of alowing godmode
also i would like to add that damage from perks is going to be connected to wep damage, so most likely, for any one under 25k hp , BC will be over all change little in value from soldier's point of view if the first happened
if the second happened it would completely depend on how the scaling works.
if both were to happen though enfos would become a serious threat
Edit, might have misinterpreted, could be that cap is calced before coon, if you hit 15k, you would get rid of coon do 5k damamge

The HP drain perk is available at level 10 and it hits/drains
Level 10: 100-100
Level 40: 216-216
Level 70: 332-332
Level 100: 632-632
Level 150: 932-932
Level 201: 1132-1132
Level 205: 1332-1332
Level 209: 1632-1632
Level 214: 2032-2032
Level 219: 2532-2532
My hope is that with Draw Blood being much better and with this Drain, it will make up a bit for the reflect hardcap. This also depends on trying to get rid of the 0% reflect hole immediately after AMS, which is something I'm still working on.
The other 2 DD perks scale similarly.
i always thought health drains were more of a "keep you alive till next ams" kinda thing.
while stims/small random 1 hit heals from perks/hd keep you alive for ams, the hots/kiting/sitting HD/health drains keep you alive till next ams
i have a fealing this would be a bit over powered, but could the NSD on TMS last 80 secs, while having a CD of 2 mins? so we can omhh during down time.
