I'll go on and update the top two posts once they fix at least one thing in the list as the perceived usefulness of this thread is dependant on whether reporting all these things actually makes a difference at all.
Heyas,
haven't seen this on the first few posts listed, dont know if it is already mentioned within the thread:
Its quite annoying to see the perk actions (of my shade) to be animated as "button press" animation. Thank god i am focusing more on the HP bar of me & the mob i am fighting and the hotbar to time my perk chains properly else i would have to *puke* literally everytime i perform a "push my button perk action to deal damage" key.
really, really ugly.

A few things that happen to me -
Sometimes shop terminals in AI cities do not display their names overhead. I have to click them one by one to see who they belong to.
Hovering the mouse over programs in my NCU window does not give a "time left" popup. Sometimes I am able to get the info if I hold the mouse cursor in the very bottom left corner of the picture icon, for an inconveniently long time.
Lag-related, I guess.
Oh! I got another one:
The stone stairs up from the whompah in Wailing Wastes to the mission and reclaim terminals has some strange "slant" on one of the steps about 1/3 the way up the stairs. You cannot simply run up those steps. If you do not jump over that "broken" step, then your character will get "caught" on that step and slide to the right until you are stuck in the wall.
I want to put the Ross painting on the wall in my apartment to have the old boss look down on me, but..
"You are not allowed to put the item "Phillip Ross painting" there, it is not a fixture.
Do you want to delete the item instead?"
I want Boss Ross on my wall!
HA!
All I can really say about this picture. (found by me :D)

Anyone else notice the hole in LoX where you are running on the path about to reach the ramp to Arid? I fall in that sucker everytime, even though I know it's there. It's shallow, and you can just jump out, but still. Arg!
Regarding the "auto-level" feature in Yalms: in my experience, this only happens when you are in an ascent/descent and strafe to either side. Whether this mechanic is intentional or not, I have no idea, but strafing is the only thing that ever causes me to snap back to a level plane.
I didn't see this addressed so hopefully I'm not repeating anyone.
Yalm auto-leveling also occurs when nanos refresh and when stats/skills refresh while undergoing rez-sickness. Tested multiple times on several of my characters (the rez-sickness, I mean).
Nice info on the auto-level :)
Oh I have another one -
a locked, stickied, hidden thread about hostile nanos not showing in ncu. I wanted to bump it and add that all the fixer proc debuffs are missing.
