Mission rewards negotiation

Ok I hate looking for something and having to trawl for like an hour to roll it... I understand not being able to just chose what you want straight off but how about this...

When I take a job at a company salary is usually negotiable within reason... so how about when I pick a mission having a little more direct control of the outcome.

Like I want a nano prog as a reward or weapon or untility etc just to get a little more specific control over whats rolled.

Up the exp rewards for missions aswell 1.1 mil at my level is a bit crap. Woot 4-6 mil in total from a team missions.. only another 9 team missions to go... levelling at high levels takes way too long these days. I dont want it like the old days with 50 mil rewards etc just throw us a bone if the only way we have to level is missions. At the moment the only time I mission is when i need another level of ip. And then I have to do it intensively. Id rather casually mission and get a just reward for it.
