We would like to know what you think of the two articles Gaute has written lately on the over-equipping issue. Please note that this poll is about the articles, not about the over-equipping issue itself.

The first article gave the basic information on over-equipping and IP reallocation, while the follow-up article elaborated on the changes, and answered questions that were posed after the first one.
