Weak/Lesser Industrial Sabotage/Corporate Protection

I double checked Nanobot Guard to see what changes it did get in 18.7 and I noticed spmething very interesting.

According to the test live rip on aoitems, Traders now have two nanos below the Lesser versions of NBG, CP, and IS, at requirements very easily reached by TL2 Traders buffed with Mochams/drains. Coupled with the new knowledge that the JAME Prototype Blaster is now equippable at 23... why in the world would this be coming up now? Why give the most broken class between 5-60 in PVP MORE things to drain into?
