Looking at the formula's provided by Jayde and others, it seems that on many weapons getting the burst recycle time down to zero is quite attainable. So obviously there is some sort of minimum recycle time. Anybody know what it is? I've heard 8 seconds from fixers, but thats just anecdotal. Also, has anybody tested if the minimum is different for different weapons?
