New Agent look, rage effect and low mongo nanos

Hi,
i really liked the -charsize stats on items and agent nanos, why completely remove it instead of capping it to something like -75%?
The new transparent look is too ugly...

The burning effect of Enfos Rage nano is a lil annoying when running all the time. Maybe effect time should be capped to 20sec.

I also dont agree with ql changes of low ql Mongo nanos. A lower version isn't bad, but it nerfed the heal ticks for my low enfo twink from 33 to 12. Why dont add a new nano?
